This is by far the worst KFC franchise/ branch/ outlet ever. The staff are busy chatting with each other, whilst I'm waiting to be attended to. There's no tomato sauce available. I couldn't get the piece that I wanted. I could say a whole lot more, but I know it will go unattended. I ended up wasting most of my meal. Truly an ideal example of 30% mentality, stemming from senior management, cascaded down to junior staff.
