I had the worst experience at Postnet Chatsworth today. The behavior and attitude from the 2 females that work there is actually appalling. Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. The one lady could read my name incorrectly and insisted it’s a different name on the system, so I told her no that’s correct she’s just reading it incorrectly she proceeded to mock me with the other lady by writing a note to her and cackling. There would be no issue if Postnet Chatsworth employed competent people. She also insisted that the system would not scan my parcel out (which it did) and still wasted my time by doing it manua…
