Good morning. I bought a Samsung watch and after a short delay received it. When I tried to pair the watch with my phone it got to a point and would not pair or download. I informed the seller and they sent a mail suggesting possible fixes. I have tried this and to no success and was told they would collect the watch which has not happened. It in now more than a month since the purchase. Not happy at all.

SO UPSET! I bought a new phone from Concept Cellular in May (their one year warranty was a big part of that). Phone started giving me massive problems a week ago. Over-heating, incredibly slow, refusing to download anything and not being able to access any of my apps. I thought, “it’s not a big deal. There’s a warranty in place. I can call them and sort it out”. Phoned them 4 days ago and I could not have been more polite because it’s an easy thing for them to repair.
