One of the worst stores I have ever been to, no customer service. No after sales service. Manager is not friendly. Nobody gives you feedback for items sent for repairs. I dont know how this store is there for so long. I bought a defy microwave 6 months ago. The buttons stopped working so I took it back on the 14 April 2026. Till today nobody from the store gave me feedback, I used my own airtime and still did not get proper responses from them. Item is still not repaired, giving excuses about the technician not having spares.
