Excellent experience with Dr Theolan Naidoo! He was friendly, attentive, thorough and very knowledgeable. Made a routine cleaning and checkup completely stress-free. Took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. Will be back.
Went in late in the afternoon and receptionist says doctor is not in, i need to come in the next day, thats it, says nothing else, i go in the next morning when they open, says doctor isn't in yet but i wouldn't be helped because i needed to make an appointment 👏👏👏👏, lovely, bravo, well played making a potential patient like a fool, all the while I'm in excruciating pain, she could have informed me the previous day that i needed to make an appointment. NEVER COMING BACK HERE.
Very professional and friendly staff. Was made to feel very comfortable during my treatment. Overall good experience. Will be back. 👍
