The doctors' are absolutely brilliant. One can never be mistaken when treated by Dr M.R.S Badat and Dr N.S. Badat. However, the receptionists are pathetic and rude. They never answer the phones, when we go there personally, they are rude and always make the excuse of the surgery being full even though it could be 9am. The receptionists will be the detriment of those amazing doctors. They need to learn ethical and professional skills

Both the doctors are the best, but their receptionist are pathetic, when you call the surgery the phone will ring until they pick it up and drop the call same time I have screen shot that will show what they do.when you call back the phone is engaged that's because they to lazy to do their job. The doctors should change his stuff.

Absolutely disappointed by the lack of services provided by this doctor as well as his staff. I tried calling 3 times to make an appointment without receiving an answer. I decided to go to the practice, and when I arrived at around 11am, and went into the practice, the receptionist(who was quite arrogant), tells me that they are fully booked for the day and the doctor is not going to see anymore patients. This is not the first time this has happened with Dr Badat. As a doctor, it is your duty to serve your patients even if you are “fully booked”.
