I can highly recommend Mzansi Communications for anybody that is looking to have documents translated for international or local use. I had a document translated from Afrikaans to English and it was superbly and professionally done by the sworn translator. They deliver on what they promise and their services are quick and efficient. Annette was an absolute Rockstar and willing to answer any and all questions I had and she gave me open and honest advice. You really get what you pay for in terms of service. We contracted Mzansi Communication for the translation booth at our convention at the Westin in Cape Town, and I’m very glad we booked them. Marie and her team were outstanding. Samuel and the team on the ground arrived early, handled everything professionally, and I never once had to follow up or check on anything. The system ran smoothly throughout, with no complaints from the translators or delegates, which says a lot about the quality of their work. Reliable, well-organized, and easy to work with. I am extremely disappointed with the service from Mzansi Communications. I submitted my paperwork two months ago and only received it today. I paid the full amount upfront, so this delay is completely unacceptable. After weeks of waiting, I had to take time off work and travel from Kimberley to Pretoria just to sort it out myself.
