After loving the Pillay family meals (especially Aunty Charmaine’s cooking) via Priasha aka The Introverted Baker on the socials, we all were thrilled to hear about the opening of The Introverted Kitchen at Montford Shopping Centre.
Don't let the two flights of stairs daunt you, it is an easy walk and absolutely worth it! Upon entering the quaint store, the gentleman at the counter was incredibly friendly, paid great attention to detail, and communicated our preferences perfectly to the kitchen. Much needed in the front of house.

A Sunday off at Hitta Chow doesn't come around very often, so we spent ours doing what we love most, supporting fellow food businesses, yes we still need to eat too.
