Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, like the Ear Institute in Durban North. This Kloof practice's testing appears flawed and biased towards lower results; my experience confirmed their findings were inaccurate. Another audiologist immediately identified discrepancies just by speaking with me and a retest produced better results. Furthermore, they severely limit your options by only supplying one unpopular brand of hearing aid. Their trial policy is also inadequate, allowing tests for mere minutes to an hour, perhaps one day if you push, unlike most practices that offer a week-long trial.
