I had such an amazing experience with my lash technician! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. Her work is absolutely beautiful – my lashes look full, neat, and perfectly applied. The attention to detail and quality of her work really show, and I've received so many compliments on my lashes. I was also impressed with the lash removal process. It was gentle, painless, and done with so much care. She made sure my natural lashes stayed health…

I had my lashes done by The Lash Factor by Sim and I'm obsessed! The set is so light, perfectly shaped, and they look super natural yet full. Great hygiene, took her time, and made me feel comfortable the whole appointment. Will definitely be back for refills. 10/10 recommend!
