A driver picked up my superbalist order for refund. Didn’t scan the code to say he had collected it, then later said he was robbed and the parcels stolen. Basically Superbalist renders the collection as cancelled, therefore I couldn’t get my refund and BSC couriers failed to validate that indeed their driver collected the item or if the driver was truly robbed. I never got the refund or the item back. This company is a bunch of scammers!

Delivered packages to an address that was not listed on the package label. Tracking info says it was signed for and delivered to the intended individual. When a follow up was done to determine where the parcel was delivered, and extremely rude consultant then tried to blame the incorrect delivery on the recipient. The story then changed - it was then that the domestic worker at the address signed for the the parcel. Shocking service. Please do not use if you want your packages to be delivered safely

Sent a very important set of documents with Churchill couriers from Durban to Underberg on 17 December... Churchill use BSC couriers to deliver to outlying areas and 12 days later parcel still undelivered..... Such BAD service... Wouldn't trust them with any deliveries in future
