The cashier Van is absolutely patient and willing to go an extra 100 miles for a customer. I was honestly a bit irritated when she was offering that service to the customer before me, thinking she is just taking long but when she did the same for me, I understood that is how she conducts her work. Left there with such a good feeling . Well done Van. People like you are definitely in short supply.

Edgars Chatsworth. Really bad attitude from your customer facing staff at the till point. Needed to do ab exchange for a smaller size on 2 pairs of shoes. Asked the teller to please check which store has it and ask them to keep aside till this afternoon. Teller named ashna said they don't call the other store. They will give me the code and I need to call the store. Mind you she did not at first explain the full process to me. I asked to speak with a manager to understand why they would get a customer to call as I would not know who to speak to etc. What details to give them. Another indian lady came to the count…
